Beauty products require careful return handling for hygiene and safety.

Eligibility

Unopened, unused and sealed products may be eligible for return within the displayed return window, subject to inspection.

Opened cosmetics and skin care products are generally not returnable unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or an approved store-credit method when available.
